Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is celebrated throughout Mexico on November 1-2. As the retreat concludes on the 29th, you may wish to extend your stay and travel onward to experience the celebrations - Mexico City, Oaxaca, and other major cities host particularly vibrant events, parades, and altars. We recommend planning flights and accommodation in advance, as this is a popular travel period.

The most convenient airport to fly into is Zihuatanejo-Ixtapa International Airport(ZIH). We’re pleased to offer complimentary airport transfers, ensuring a smooth and comfortable arrival from the airport to the hotel.

Accommodation is offered in shared rooms(up to four guests), fostering a warm and supportive retreat atmosphere. If you prefer additional privacy, private rooms are available for an additional fee. Simply reach out and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.

We encourage you to let us know in advance about any injuries or special considerations. Practices can be adapted with care, and we’ll do our best to ensure your experience remains safe, supportive, and nourishing.

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the limited number of spaces, all payments—including the deposit—are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant, as long as you notify us at least 7 days before the retreat begins. We will support you in making the change as smoothly as possible. Please note that the organizers are not responsible for travel issues, illness, or other personal circumstances.

All payments are non-refundable in the event of personal cancellation.
Refunds will not be issued due to force majeure, illness, personal circumstances, or travel-related issues.
The retreat leader and organizers are not responsible for these matters.

This retreat takes place in a nature-based, eco-friendly environment.
Participants may encounter insects, animals, and other natural elements as part of the setting.
These conditions are an inherent part of the experience and do not constitute grounds for refunds or complaints.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Late check-out fees apply as follows:
Up to 1 hour late: USD $100
Up to 2 hours late: USD $200
Check-out after 2:00 PM will incur a full one-night accommodation charge
Any costs resulting from late check-out are the responsibility of the participant.
