Light, comfortable clothing is ideal—yoga wear, a swimsuit, sandals, and a light layer for cooler evenings. We also recommend bringing a journal and pen to support reflection and integration. Yoga mats and props are provided, so you can travel light. We gently invite you to minimize laptop and phone use so you can fully receive the benefits of being in nature.

You do not need to bring a heavy mat unless you prefer to. Playa Viva provides Manduka yoga mats, blocks, straps, and traditional Mexican serape blankets for comfort and restorative practices.
