The Philosophy
Experience a grounding and inspiring retreat designed to reconnect you with yourself and the natural world.
Set within the eco-luxury surroundings of Playa Viva, this intimate gathering blends Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga with nourishing meals, ocean air, and meaningful rest.
A retreat designed to support you as, you are.
1
Stillness
We move slowly. Dynamic Vinyasa meets restorative Yin, creating a rhythm that soothes the nervous system.
2
Nourishment
Food is medicine. We eat from the land—seasonal, local, and prepared with intention to heal and energize.
3
Connection
Shared silence, meaningful circles, and the simple joy of being in community with others who are also slowing down.
Who This Retreat Is For?
This retreat is open to mixed levels of yoga practitioners, with some prior experience recommended.
It's for those who are drawn to something beyond the physical practice, and who feel called to explore the quieter, more spiritual side of yoga in a simple, community-centred setting.
Accommodation options include shared dormitory rooms and private rooms, so you can choose the level of solitude that feels right for you.

Haein Shin
Founder and Ashtanga Yoga Practitioner and Teacher
I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, and I live in Mexico. I started yoga because I simply loved it. Over time, it became my life’s camino. My practice has taken me from Seoul to Barcelona, Mallorca, Norway, and Mysore, India. Each place shaped me — not only through technique, but through people, culture, and shared presence. Sharath Guruji once said, “Yoga is one family.” That sentence stayed with me.
